Shop Reviews

We support ‘shop’ or ‘store’ level reviews.

We do NOT recommend prioritizing shop reviews for the following reasons:

• Google Shopping will not accept shop reviews, so they do not help your rating count in your paid or organic Google Merchant Center Shopping ads
• Google Seller Ratings for Google Search Ads do not require ‘shop’ or ‘store’ level reviews; product reviews work just fine for this purpose

As such, prioritizing product level reviews is a just a better focus for your business.

All the above being said, if you would like to use ‘shop’ or ‘store’ level reviews, we support it according to below.

To use ‘shop’ or ‘store’ level reviews, just define entity_id as shop and you’re all set.

This applies to imported reviews, inbound links to the Review Capture page, as well as widget overrides on the main Reviews & Questions widget and the Custom Reviews widget.
