Customer Tags

Each time a review enters our sytem, either imported or captured after install, the customer associated with the review will receive several tags in Shopify.

These tags can be used to target customers after reviews have been left.

Tag Name	Condition
has_review	Customer has left a review, either captured or imported
has_review_via_capture	Customer has left a review via capture. Not added if imported review.
has_review_media	Customer left a review with uploaded media
review_ai_assist	Review was created with AI assist
rating_sentiment:positive	Rating > 3 stars
rating_sentiment:neutral	Rating = 3
rating_sentiment:negative	Rating < 3
review_count:2	Customer has left 2 reviews
review_last_date:2023-11-02	Date of last review. Not added if imported review.
